Refund policy
At PawsVue, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the terms below.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unused and unworn
- Include any original tags, where applicable
- Be in its original packaging, where applicable
- Include proof of purchase or your order information

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the return instructions and, where applicable, the return address.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by an applicable consumer protection law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, PawsVue may provide return shipping instructions or a return shipping label where appropriate.
Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at yahyaabusaleem@proton.me as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate it and determine the appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Items specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Sale or discounted items may be non-returnable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item or variation, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.
International Orders
PawsVue accepts orders from customers internationally.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and, where applicable, any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges associated with receiving an international order.
Return and refund procedures may vary depending on the destination country and applicable consumer protection laws.
European Union Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under EU consumer law.
Where this right applies, additional legal requirements may apply regarding refunds, return shipping costs, and the condition of returned goods.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for PawsVue to process an approved refund. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
